Her baby is home!!

Jacqueline Bracamontes‘s baby has been in the hospital for 18 days.

The family was by her side the entire time at the hospital and now she is under the same roof as mom and dad.

Jacqueline shared this photo and said that her daughter is at her new home now.

Remember, Jacky’s baby spent the first 18 days of her life in the hospital so every day is one that should be celebrated!
