Wedding planner contracts sometimes require a certain number of bookings, and should guests find a better deal on their own, couples have been known to be responsible for a shortfall on agency bookings. As you will read later, your hotel contract will probably also include a booking obligation, but if a hotel is offering a lower rate than is quoted in your contract and your guests book that rate, you have some negotiating power.

These comments don't apply to all planners, but should you decide to go with a planner, ask questions and read your contract! There are good services out there, but if you see a swing in reviews, be careful that some reviews may be planted. Don’t hand over any deposits until you are sure that a planner is what you want to do and you have a contract outlining the service’s obligations. You should be cautious of any company that requires a deposit before talking to you. Be aware that you may be dealing with a foreign company, and US contract law may not apply.

Start with deciding what kind of wedding you want: family and closest friends or as many people as you think might come. Pink Champagne, Myself and Conor would like to thank you all for such a great night and ringing in the new year. The music from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. We loved the wedding reception music. Then more to the point the band on the night. You's were absolutely fab. From the word go the dance floor was jammers and then was until you's finished for the night in the early hours of the morning. The amount of people who asked "who was the band".
