Hier mal die vielschichtige Storyline für die Fatal Fury Games rund um Geese Howard von einem neo-geo.com Member auf einen Nenner zusammengefaßt:

To fully understand the FF plot, you have to include the AOF and some of the KOF plot:

AOF1 and eariler:
Mr. Big in control of Southtown. Takuma disappears and Yuri is kidnapped. Geese is currently working for Mr. Big. Ryo and Robert tear up Southtown looking for Yuri. Robert defeats Mr. Big, Ryo defeats Mr. Karate. Geese takes over Southtown.

AOF2:
First KOF held in Southtown. Ryo makes it the finals. Faces Geese. Defeats Geese. Geese leaves Southtown. Jeff Bogard's exucution is ordered.

INBETWEEN:
Geese returns to Southtown. Trains under Tung-Fu
and POSSIBLY Blue Mary's grandfather, plus other masters. Kills Jeff and defeats Tung and steals one of the Sacred Scrolls (from Tung). Blue Mary's grandfather is also killed. Also aquires Billy Kane and starts KOF up again.

FF1:
Terry returns to Southtown, looking for his father's killer and enters KOF. Andy and Joe meet up in Japan, also coming to Southtown and enter KOF. Terry makes it to the finals. Billy is defeated for the first time. Defeats Geese by knocking him off the Geese Tower. He's presumed dead, but he is just injured.

FF2:
Krauser hears word that Geese was defeated and starts a world-wide KOF to find the man who did. During the tourney, Krauser defeats the FF1-KOF fighters (Richard Meyer, Duck King, Micheal Max, etc). Terry makes it to the finals, defeats Krauser. Krauser disappears.

INBETWEEN
Geese resurfaces, aquires 2nd Sarced Scroll from Krauser's castle, during Krauser's disappearence. Heads back to Southtown. KOF94 and KOF95 happens.

FF3
Jin Twins now in control of Southtown, with Yamazaki tearing up the place. Jin Twins in possesion of 3rd Scroll. Geese returns to get 3rd Scroll and re-take Southtown. Jin Twins defeated (possibly by Terry or Geese, not sure). Geese re-takes Southtown and aquires 3rd and last Sacred Scroll. Terry adopts Rock.

INBETWEEN:
Geese becomes interested in Orochi Power, enters KOF96. Krauser resurfaces to join him. After KOF96, Geese masters the Sacred Scrolls and burns them. Organizes a Southtown only KOF, to finally defeat and kill Terry.

RBFF:
Jin Tiwns and Yamazaki are in to get back the Scrolls from Geese. Terry makes it to the finals. Fights Geese, Geese is about to finish off Terry, but fails because of FF1 injures. Terry knocks Geese off of Geese Tower, where Geese dies. Geese's spirit is reincarnated because he mastered the Sacred Scrolls.(he has unfinished business)

INBETWEEN:
Geese hires Yamazaki and Billy to enter KOF97 to find out about Orochi power. He also hires Blue Mary, but she doesn't know that (hired through her agency, by "unknown person") She finds out later though. Geese dismisses Orochi Power as weak, and faces Yamazaki with Billy.

Now this is where it gets a little weird.

RB2:
Not really sure if this is a tourney held by Krauser or Geese or if its a big thing where everyone meets up like GGXX. This happens in 1998, where Geese offically dies (said by SNK themselves). Real game, not dreammatch because Geese's ending (where he leaves the 4th Scroll or the Scroll of Geese aka his will) and Xiangfei's RB2 plot continuing in KOF99 (she goes to Southtown looking for Terry, doesn't find him. King finds her and tells her Terry will be in KOF99, so she joins King's Team.)

INBETWEEN:
KOF99, 2k, 2k1, 2k3, 2k4 happens. Terry continues to raise and train Rock. Terry gives hat to Chung from Savage Reign/Kizuna Encounter. Kain aquires Geese's will from Billy.

MOTW:
This happens in 2008, 10 yrs after Geese dies (see RB2).

Kain holds Second South KOF. Rock makes it to the finals, defeats Kain. Kain tells Rock that he might know where his mother is and that he is Marie's brother and his uncle. Rock joins Kain.

Meiner Meinung nach eine sehr gute Interpretation und Zusammenfassung aller Ereignisse im Fatal Fury Universum und das noch relativ einfach erklärt, man könnte auch auf alles eingehen das würde allerdings dann wohl mehrere Seiten verschlingen..........

Es hieß immer, Geese starb in Real Bout Fatal Fury, doch dabei starb Geese in Real Bout Fatal Fury 2. Zumindest als sein Geist zurückkehrte und Geese später dann zu Nightmare Geese wurde und in Real Bout Fatal Fury 2 wirklich starb. Hmm, ich sag´s bis heute noch:

Geese ist unsterblich. Und wer weiß, ob der noch lebt?

Armer Terry, armer Andy, armer Joe...., wenn Geese wirklich noch lebt, dann beginnt für das Fatal Fury Team ein wahrer Alptraum.

Aber ich finde, die Story da ist wirklich gut zusammengefasst, das muss ich zugeben.

Das mit der Rolle von Tung ist aber wiederum etwas aus dem Anime. Und FFRB2 wird zum teil auch FFRBS2 genannt,also special. Da dort die meisten enden mehr auf Fun gemacht worden sind,denke ich auch kaum,das dieser teil in die Offizielle storyline mit eingebunden worden ist.
Auch hier scheinen sich meiner Ansicht nach wieder einige Fanfic,Manga wie auch Anime „Fakten“ mit eingeschlichen zu haben.
Es ist auf alle fälle schön erklärt,doch scheint es wie fast alle Erklärungen,beide Storylines (FF,KOF) in eine zu fassen, sehr Erfinderisch was das ganze betrifft.

Wenn SNKP nett wäre, hätten sie auf die verschiedenen Neo Geo Collection PS2 Discs Storybeschreibungen draufgepackt. Aber ich glaub, man wird nie alle Teile der Stories richtig zusammenfügen können - dazu haben zuviele verschiedene Leute in einem zu großen Zeitrahmen an den ganzen Serien garbeitet ^^

dennoch - mit der Storybeschreibung, die da oben gepostet wurde, kann ich leben ^^

Schau mal aufs Datum wann dieser Thread erstellt wurde (17.08.04, 01:12) damals hatte ich selbst noch nicht die Informationen die ich heute habe, das alles was du da lesen kannst ist ein riesen Haufen Mega-Scheiße...

Zuerstmal findet MOTW nicht 2008 sondern 2006 statt, Geese starb nicht 98 in Real Bout 2 sondern 96 in Real Bout 1 und KOF und AOF/FF sind zweierlei Storyuniversen...

Wenn SNK im MOTW Intro erneut die Geese Todesszene aus Real Bout 1 zeigt sollte es doch keinerlei Zweifel mehr geben das Geeses Tod in Real Bout 1 stattfand (wo der Vorgang eindeutig gezeigt wurde) oder ?
Geeses Tod in Fatal Fury 1 wurde von SNK seit Fatal Fury 3 für nichtig erklärt, somit ist Geeses offizieller und endgültiger Tod in Real Bout 1 (nach Fatal Fury Cannon) Tatsache.

Was Geese in Real Bout 2 angeht:

Kannst du Englisch ? Denn dazu habe ich im snk-capcom.com forum einen sehr guten Beitrag von Southtown Kid gefunden der die Sache mit Geese bestens erklärt.
(Zur Vorabinfo Southtown Kid weiß wovon er spricht, er akzeptiert ausschließlich offizielle Infos von SNK aus den Spielen und offiziellen Büchern, ohne Übertreibung kann man behaupten das es wohl kaum Fans gibt die mehr als er über SNK wissen, STK lebt SNK geradezu, man könnte sagen er ist ein wandelndes Lexikon )

In Real Bout, Geese dies.In Real Bout Special, he appears as a 'nightmare' character...you face him as an extra last boss only if you fulfill certain requirements (no continue, no losing a round, must earn "Master Fighter" rank), and he's hard as hell. But the fight doesn't actually take place; it's a nightmare. And Geese is unselectable in the arcade. You can play him on the homecart only with a code.

In the PS Real Bout Special: Dominated Mind, Geese is selectable, but you'll see he has a halo over his head on the character select screen. He's dead.

In RB2, Geese is again a playable character...how can this be? Until you play as him and get to his ending: In front of a shocked Hopper and Billy, Geese is here...they can't believe their eyes...he sits down in his old chair (the chair from the cover of RBFF)...and right before their eyes, he fades away and vanishes into thin air... leaving behind one of the Jin scrolls where he had been sitting...

What does this mean? Is Geese now a ghost? Has all his messing with the scrolls made him immortal? Unknown... SNK has remained vague leaving us to draw our own conclusions. From the Gamest comics, they seem to have inferred that he now has some type of ghostly immortality tied to the scrolls. And while that is also my interpretation, that's all it is -- an interpretation.

But RB2 is canon. Unlike RBS, which is widely considered non-canon, and does not have a game story, as found in the 'All About' book (story: nashi). RB2, on the other hand, does have a game story, which revolves around a casino show boxer named Rick...

One of the reasons ServbotCFierce claims RB2 is not canon, is that many of the endings are joke endings. Well, so what? Pretty much every ending in Fatal Fury 2 is some kind of joke, and everybody knows that one is canon. Some of the endings in FF3, like Joe, Mai or Bob are kind of jokes; the game is definitely canon. In RBFF, Kim, HonFu, Billy, Duck, all have joke endings...the game is still canon.
