Hello ....
after the MPF102 .... this FET modulate the noise to the variable
DC source.
It's also posible to mix it with a operation amplifier ...... like LM741
The DC source set the center frequency ... & noise modulate the
frequency up and down ...... ( FM )
During the last busy days, i haven't found enough time to look for the best noise circuit.....
write down our results ....
Greetings
Chris

Chris,
If I just replace the POS1060 by POS2120, do you think it will still work (except the hybrid ampliifer part) ????
At least, if I put the phone near the VCO, there phone signal should be jammed, am I right

Hi ...
you can jamm approx. 1m without a PA ....
The POS2120 wide band vco deliver 8dbm output ... that sounds
good ... the PA looks also o.k.
21 Dollar is much for this vco ... but if it's work ....
I build my jammer for fun ,,, i don't now what
your plans.....????
If you use it for a long periode of time,,, the price is o.k.
Be carefull ,,, 2Ghz is not as easy like working on CB frequency...
Chris
Tell me our results

Chris,
One more question :
If the phone system here is dual band GSM 900 and GSM 1800, what does that mean ? Is the phone working in GSM 900 and GSM1800 ?
My current jammer circuit (GSM900) follow your design but there is no effect on the phone and I want to know whether the circuit is working or not or becasue the frequency is wrong.
Can you advise ?
Do I need to jam both 900 and 1800 frequency ?

ups ... i'm sorry ... i lost this question ....
if you build a 900Mhz Jammer ... there's no effect to the 1800Mhz e-net (europe) band. Some dual band cell phones able to change the net and left the interference.
Single band cell phones bites the dust.
If you'll jamm both bands .... thy looking after two circuits with each another band.
P.S. it's also possible to build one circuit with one antenna /VCO ... but this is not as simple to build.
