Finding (and price also) POS 1060 from minicircuits is too hard. I had also thought that I'll find POS VCO in mobile phones...Unfortunately...
I have broken S6 and PA is PF01414A...no datasheet available...
Ill try connect it with this simply circuit because I have no POS...
What do you think about http://perso.wanadoo.fr/jf.fourcadier/hyperfrequences/VCO/VCO.htm ?
Is there any chance to make its freq lower, in GSM band, changing varicap diodes or inductor?

Hi...
hmm, not easy to build , but possible.
...yes, you can make L1 a "little" bit bigger for lower frequencies, perhaps with the help of a frequency counter.
Really interesting site, I didn´t know it before... thank you. I always wanted to build a vco for POS1060/MAX2623 replacement, too. This inspires
Another circuit (only in german, sorry) http://home.vrweb.de/~josefkotte/SAT_ZF.pdf

Wow, I'm interested too...
Does anyone know what is the range of Mobile jammer V 1.0?
I think that VCO I suggest has enough output power to drive PA... I'll try it after hollidays... If someone make it, please, post opinions here...
Does anyone have data sheet for PA chip I mentioned above?
