Seit drei Wochen sitzen 13 internationale Helfer und Helferinnen in der kurdischen Autonomieregion fest. Die drei Frauen und zehn Männer aus Marokko, Tunesien und Deutschland wollen zur Fertigstellung des Gesundheits- und Sozialzentrums nach Kobanê. Sie führen nicht nur das dort dringend benötigte Material mit, auch die notwendigen Fachleute sind mit dabei. Die meisten Helfer und Fachleute haben sich für diesen Einsatz Urlaub genommen, alle arbeiten ehrenamtlich und tragen ihre Kosten selbst.

The German state continues subjecting Kurdish political activists to repression and criminalizing Kurdish institutions, as a result of which 6 Kurdish politicians have been arrested this year.

At the moment, 8 Kurdish political activists remain in German jails under heavy circumstances. All these stand trial in accordance with the Article 129b, which requires a particular approval by the Ministry of Justice.

Lawyers for Kurdish politicians jailed in Germany did previously apply to the Ministry of Justice demanding the revocation of the particular approval for the implementation of Article 129b for Kurdish prisoners. The Ministry is, however, yet to answer the application.

KDP President Masoud Barzani in Ankara

Masoud Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) which has recently strengthened its cooperation with Turkey's AKP government, has arrived in Turkish capital Ankara.

Barzani, who will meet Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu, is reported to have promotion of relations with Turkey on his agenda.

The KDP President firstly visited the Turkish Intelligence Service (MIT) Undersecretary Hakan Fidan in the MIT building.

AKP-backed Al-Nusra and Ahrar Al-Sham gangs have started to attack Aleppo after Efrîn. Mortar attacks by gangs are targeting the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood and the Pino village.

According to the initial reports by ANHA reporters on the ground, 5 civilians have been wounded in the bombardment which is going on at the moment.

A Turkish court has released 9 people who had been detained several days ago in the Turkish city Antep before joining the ISIS in Syria.

The 9 people who include 2 Turks and 7 foreigners had travelled from Adana to Antep from where they were meant to join the ISIS gangs in Syria.

All the 9 militants were released on conditions of judicial control following a hearing at Antep Courthouse.

Ungeachtet der harschen Kritik Obamas und Putins an Erdogans Kurs gegen die Kurden beim G20 Gipfel in Ankara, hält Erdogan am Konfrontationskurs gegen die überwiegend kurdische Bevölkerung im Südosten der Türkei fest.

Laut dem Medium bestanuce wurde Erdogan eine Abfuhr in Sachen Sicherheitszone in der syrischen Grenzregion zwischen Kobane und Afrin erteilt. Der Westen hätte daran kein Interesse, solange die Türkei ihr Verhältnis zu den Kurden nicht geklärt hätte. Sie werden an der Unterstützung der PYD (die regierende Partei von Rojava) festhalten, heißt es in dem Artikel. Die Politik der Türkei gegenüber Syrien sei gescheitert. Die Türkei müsse nun in einem Schulterschluss klar an der Seite der Staaten stehen, die sich vom IS distanzieren und ihn bekämpfen.

Turkey's policy on ISIS is dangerous for the whole world

KCK Executive Council Co-President Cemil Bayık stated that the AKP government blackmails the whole world by legitimating and promoting ISIS.

Calling the world's attention to the effective battle of SDF led by YPG/YPJ against the ISIS, Bayık emphasised that; “SDF is capable of pushing the ISIS out of Jarablus within a short time. They can take Raqqa as well unless there happens a support to the ISIS from Turkey's side. International powers should remove this obstacle of Turkey.”

Bayık made significant evaluations in his column on Azadiya Welat and Yeni Özgür Politika dailies, in which he wrote about the elimination of Turkey's barrier in the fight against ISIS, the pro-ISIS mindset growing among the Turkish society and the Turkish state's multidimensional military and political attacks against the Kurdistan people.

2 civilians killed, 3 others injured by state forces in Yüksekova

Following the imposition of a curfew, hundreds of special operation members, police and soldiers launched an onslaught against Cumhuriyet and Güngör neighborhoods in Yüksekova district of Hakkari as of 23:00 last night.

Concurrently with the operation, telephone and internet services were also suspended across the district.

The operation mainly intensified in Cumhuriyet neighborhood where state forces opened random fire after failing to enter the area due to the barricades built up by the local people.

As the operation further targeted the neighborhoods of Orman, Güngör, Eski Kışla Yeşildere and Mezarlık, people poured out into the streets to protest the curfew and following onslaught.

Turkey 'shells Kobane' as Kurdish-Arab forces advance on strategic town

The Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) has reported that the Turkish military fired on targets in Kobane in northern Syria.

The YPG press office said that the Turkish army shelled the village of Carikli on Tuesday morning. It also announced that Turkish shells hit an area to the west of Tal Abyad earlier in the morning.

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has previously warned that YPG forces could come under attack if they strayed out of a designated area.

"We have said, 'The PYD will not pass to the west of the Euphrates. We'll hit them if they do,” Davutgolu told reporters in October.

“And we did hit them twice,” he said, referring to an earlier shelling of the outskirts of Tal Abyad by the military.

Turkey provides missiles for Al-Nusra gangs

As the Turkish state strengthens its assistance to Islamist groups in Syria, it came out that Turkey has sent ammunition to Al-Nusra from the Atme camp near the border of Efrîn.

According to the information obtained by ANHA (Hawar News Agency) from 'reliable sources', the Turkish state provided ammunition to Al-Nusra gangs on 2-3-4 November through the Atme camp in Cindirês district of Efrîn.

The ammunition, which includes anti-tank missiles, anti-aircraft missiles, a large number of munitions, light weapons and their bullets, is meant for Al-Nusra gangs in Aleppo.

On the other hand, activity of Turkish troops at the border between Efrîn and North Kurdistan, also continues. Most recently, Turkish soldiers have planted mines in Shadiya valley affiliated to Sorka village in Efrîn's Raco district.

Military operation started in Silvan

On the ninth day of the siege and curfew in Amed's Silvan district, a military operation has been started against Tekel, Konak and Mescit neighborhoods.

The operation is being joined by the tanks and military vehicles that have been dispatched to the district since yesterday. The three neighborhoods are being targeted from both district centre and the rural area Gundê Cano and Hill Gaza that overlook the region under siege.

Reports of casualties after helicopter attack in Silvan

Reports are coming through that Turkish helicopters have conducted an air strike on Tekel, Konak and Mescit neighborhoods of Amed's Silvan district.

While the bomb attack has reportedly left casualties, no proper information can be received from the neighborhoods as all the means of communication have been restricted amid a heavy siege by police and military forces.

Allegations of Arabic speaking people attack people in Silvan

Allegations have been voiced from Silvan that long-bearded and Arabic speaking men are taking place in the ongoing military operation against the civilian people in the district.

Health staff asking to be mentioned anonymous told that; “Some men in uniforms of special operation teams have brought wounded 'security officials' to the hospital for treatment. These men who have long beards like ISIS members were obviously foreigners and speaking Arabic among each other.”

HDP Batman deputy Mehmet Ali Aslan who spoke to Mednuçe TV from Silvan, has also confirmed the presence of likely ISIS members participating the operation in the district.

A landslide victory in Turkey’s November 1 snap elections has removed the last obstacle in President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s drive to war. The surprise outcome of the balloting, which was widely denounced as “unfair and marred by fear and violence by international election observers”, has given Erdogan’s Justice and Development Party (AKP) 49 percent of the vote restoring single-party rule in Ankara. Turkish Foreign Minister Feridun Sinirlioğlu has met South Kurdistan Regional Government Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani.

Turkish Foreign Minister Feridun Sinirlioğlu who arrived South Kurdistan yesterday evening was met by KRG officials at Hewlêr airport, after which he went to the Prime Minister's office to meet Nechirvan Barzani.

The meeting between Sinirlioğlu and Barzani witnessed a discussion of the ongoing attacks against PKK locations in South Kurdistan territory, while the Turkish Minister asked for the strengthening of the already existing cooperation between two sides, and voiced the AKP government's expectation in this regard.

The operation launched by Syrian Democratic Forces against ISIS in south Hesekê on October 30, continues.

While a number of settlements have been liberated in the scope of the operation so far, QSD forces have reached the Lake Xatunıyê, one of the strategic points in the region, where heavy clashes are going on.

Istanbul Public Prosecutor's Office has opened probe against 26 journalists and authors including chief editors of Özgür Gündem daily, Eren Keskin and Hüseyin Aykol.

AKP has seized the power and will escalate the war

KCK (Kurdistan Communities Union) Executive Council Co-Presidency has released a statement about the results of November 1 elections.

Describing the period since after June 7 election as a "political coup", KCK said AKP didn't win the election but seized the power, and will escalate its war against the Kurdish Freedom Movement and democracy forces in Turkey.

KCK remarked that November 1 election was forcibly imposed after the AKP and Tayyip Erdoğan ignored the results of June 7 election and staged a political coup against the will of peoples in an undemocratic and hegemonic manner.

COUP WITHIN A COUP AFTER JUNE 7

The statement by KCK pointed out that AKP staged a coup within a coup by starting and expanding a war both inside and outside the country despite the fact that it was overthrown from the government and had no legitimacy left in the ruling.

According to KCK, AKP officially seized the power with November 1 election by means of various interventions after losing it in June 7 election. "What is reflected as AKP's election success is in fact a seizure of the power. In this regard, speaking of a success of AKP and a defeat of HDP should be seen as a cover-up of this seizure."

Unilateral inaction has ended due to AKP's ongoing attacks

KCK (Kurdistan Communities Union) Executive Council Co-Presidency has announced that the unilateral position of inaction by their side has ended due to the war policy and ongoing attacks of the AKP. KCK said it is clear and obvious that there will be no change in the war policies that were pursued by the AKP government before the November 1 election.

KCK has released a written statement about the results of November 1 election, AKP's war policy and the attitude to be adopted by the Kurdish Freedom Movement from now on.

Remarking that the AKP government continues to attack guerrilla-held Medya Defense Zones with dozens of jets just like what has happened on July 24, KCK said these attacks are being conducted on the basis of AKP's decision to escalate the war to a further extend. "While the annihilation attacks against guerrillas are going on, attacks on the civilian people have also increased soon after the election, as a result of which 2 youths were murdered in Gever, 4 in Silvan, 1 in Nusaybin and 1 in Colemêrg (Hakkari), and many others were wounded. In addition, a number of areas in Kurdistan territory have been declared as military forbidden zones. All these attacks are taking place during the course of the ongoing position of inaction by guerrillas."

YBŞ and HPG: KDP peshmerga ( forces from Jalal Talabani ) block the Shengal- Rojava road

YBŞ (Shengal Resistance Units) Command and HPG (People's Defense Forces) Shengal Command have released a joint statement reporting that KDP's peshmerga forces blocked the road between Shengal and Rojava which has been used to meet the needs of the Êzidî people in Mount Shengal and the armed forces in the region.

Remarking that the Shengal-Rojava road blocked by KDP peshmerga has been used to meet the needs of logistic and health units, the statement noted that the local people in the areas of Kersê and Serdeşt have in response protested the hindrance by peshmerga forces.

YBŞ and HPG commands stressed that such policies and practices -which came during a process when the Kurdish people are waging a battle against ISIS- by no means served the benefits of the Kurdish people.

"An immediate end must be brought to such practices which are likely to cause provocations in the region. If the blocking is implemented by the local forces, the central power must immediately ensure an intervention and end to the hindrance. If it is a decision and implementation by the KDP, our forces will take positions and take precautions accordingly. In the event that this hindrance continues, peshmerga forces affiliated to KDP will be denied passage through the asayish (public security) points held by YBŞ forces and HPG guerrillas” the statement underlined.

Jailed ISIS member: MİT gave us arms at Tal Abyad border

An ISIS member captured by YPG/YPJ during Tal Abyad operation told ANF about the cooperation between the Turkish state and ISIS.

The ISIS member M.H. from Syria, who is currently jailed in Rojava, made striking confessions regarding the talks between ISIS and MİT (Turkish intelligence organisation) at the border between Tal Abyad city of Rojava and Akçakale district of Urfa province in the Turkish territory. M.H. told that MİT provided them with arms at the border, and Turkish ambulances carried wounded ISIS members to hospitals.
