Najeebullah Alizai is an expert of Law and political science (LLB) from Helmand province, he born in 1982 in Helmand province studied in Helmand after that came to Kandahar province graduated from Afghan Turk High school, the he has moved to Kabul, and graduated from Law and political science in Kabul.

He has writeen some books for Afghans to study computer and learn computer
